Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for logistics and e-commerce department.
• Prepare shipment documentation and assist with order processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory and record-keeping systems.
• Assist during product photoshoots and for e-commerce order fulfilments.
• Retrieval of shoes in the warehouse whenever required.
• Handle filing, data entry, and general clerical duties.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist in hands-on tasks beyond desk-based work.
• Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Open to contractual role and can commit at least 6 to 12 months.
