Job summary

A social enterprise firm in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Founder. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, with strong organisational and communication skills. This position requires discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. A heart for social impact is an added bonus. This role entails managing calendars, coordinating operations, and handling logistics efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or senior admin support role.
  • Strong experience is valued even if educational qualifications are lacking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar and appointments.
  • Coordinate communication across multiple departments.
  • Organise travel itineraries and logistics.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain digital documentation.

Skills

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Able to work well under pressure
