Responsibilities:
* Adhere to all relevant operating procedures and processes.
* Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters on daily operational matters.
* Plan and schedule orders to meet shipment delivery and collection timelines.
* Collect data and prepare accurate reports as required.
* Manage cycle count activities and related administrative tasks.
* Ensure timely and organized processing of all inbound (including exchanges and returns) and outbound shipments.
* Verify the accuracy and timely submission of all shipping documents.
* Support and implement process improvement initiatives.
* Report any non-conformance related to receiving to the Executive.
* Physically handle goods weighing approximately 15–20 kg when necessary.
* Execute outbound transactions using the SAP system.
* Perform receiving operations in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
* Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Min 1 year of relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA.
* Experience in developing and working with operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
* Familiarity with WMS is preferred.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
