Job Summary
- Support the Corporate Communications & Partnerships Department in driving marketing communications, event planning, project management and tracking functions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to support organisational goals.
- Content development for online and offline platforms such as EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), posters, newsletter, displays, brochures, and social media posts.
- Enhance visibility and engagement across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Support internal communication by drafting speeches, messages, newsletters, and content for townhalls.
- Manage media relations, including media monitoring, drafting press releases, and coordinating press events.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure optimal user experience. Monitor SEO trends and effectiveness, refining strategies and addressing gaps to improve online visibility.
- Utilise analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies and address any gaps to meet performance targets.
- Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations to communicate all marketing communication outcomes and insights.
- Support department and hospital-wide events, including campaigns, fundraisers, stakeholder engagements and more.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, organising committees, or strategic task forces as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in communications or marketing. Experience in healthcare or charity setting and use of data analytics a plus
- Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related degree. Training in digital marketing, social media marketing a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically with Excel and Power Point)
- Effective communication and presentation skills (oral & written)
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
