A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced software tester to collaborate with project stakeholders and develop software testing deliverables. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in software testing with strong analytical skills to address complex systems. Knowledge of Agile practices and tools like Tricentis Tosca is a bonus. This role includes responsibilities such as conducting tests and participating actively in Agile ceremonies.

- Experience in Software Testing (manual and automated) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems.
Responsabilités
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze design needs.
- Develop and maintain software testing deliverables.
- Conduct functional test execution.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project team to identify, analyze and review design needs and requirements for the estimation of testing scope and schedule.
- Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, such as test plans and functional test cases in accordance with requirements.
- Conduct functional test execution.
- Collect and report on testing progress.
- Adopt, execute and champion the company’s software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Participate actively in various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software testing.
- Experience in Software Testing (manual and automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test is a plus.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca is a plus.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile project.
- Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
- Ability to adapt to heavy workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
