• Assist in user acceptance testing for the mobile app.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for Integrated Multi-Channel Host.
• Perform manual testing for functional and regression testing.
• Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
• Provide regular test progress updates to the Team lead.
• Assist in admin work and data updates as assigned.

• ICH Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for Integrated Multi-Channel Host.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
• Perform manual testing for functional testing and regression testing.
• Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
• Provide regular test progress to Team lead.
• Assist in admin work like data update and other adhoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
