Job summary
A prominent interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment and hiring processes, prepare employment contracts, and handle payroll submissions. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience. Strong skills in communication, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth within the HR department.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR or relevant administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel records management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Prepare workers' employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files.
- Track and update training records and certifications.
