Job scope:
2. Customer Satisfaction & Logistics: Manage all logistical aspects of courses and events, including application monitoring, updating course info in CRM, obtaining trainer documentation, liaising with facilities for classroom and equipment arrangements, accommodation, transport, and handling client/participant communications regarding visas and passes.
Coordinate with various departments for facility use, alumni networking events, and course materials. Prepare certificates, attendance lists, evaluation forms, issue invoices, monitor payments, handle enquiries, update course statuses, and maintain proper records.
3. Post-Training Administration: Update course databases, follow-up on outstanding matters, and ensure high customer service standards.
4. Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
