Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically‑minded Social Media Marketing Executive to own, grow, and energize our brand's online presence. You will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, from conceptualizing viral‑worthy content to forging authentic partnerships with creators. Your mission will be to transform our social channels into vibrant communities that drive brand love, engagement, and tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create & Execute: Develop and publish engaging content (including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts) across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Grow the Community: Act as the voice of our brand, engaging with followers and building a loyal community across all platforms.
  • Manage Influencers: Find, negotiate with, and manage relationships with KOLs and creators to expand our reach.
  • Run Paid Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics and use insights to improve our strategy and report on results constantly.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, features, and competitor strategies.
