About the role

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and expanding strategic partnerships across the organisation’s ecosystem. This role oversees the full spectrum of Sales, Marketing, Branding and Events functions, ensuring cohesive planning, impactful execution, and measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic commercial leader with strong strategic acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to build successful sales pipelines and high-performing teams.

What you’ll be doing
Sales Leadership
  • Drive sales strategies across sponsorships, partnerships, and corporate sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and lead end-to-end sales cycles (pitching, proposals, negotiation, closing).
  • Identify new business opportunities and optimise pricing, packages, and sales processes.
  • Track sales KPIs and improve pipeline efficiency.
Events Oversight
  • Oversee planning and execution of events, tournaments, and community engagements.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality event delivery through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop commercial frameworks including sponsorship tiers, vendor partnerships, and pricing models.
  • Evaluate event ROI and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Marketing & Branding
  • Lead marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand presence and support revenue goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media performance.
  • Maintain brand consistency and refine positioning based on market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Track marketing KPIs and drive data‑led improvements.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Management to align commercial plans and resource needs.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, marketing reports, and strategic insights to management.
  • Promote an innovative, performance‑driven team culture.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing sales, marketing, or commercial functions.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing diverse commercial portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in event management, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Background in sports, leisure, lifestyle, fitness, entertainment, or other consumer‑driven sectors is an advantage.
  • Well‑connected with corporate partners, sponsors, and media networks.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
