Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Development & Management

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity in all marketing, communications, and operational activities.

Content Creation & Supervision

  1. Partner with internal/external creative teams and agencies to conceptualize, develop, and deliver engaging content.
  2. Curate compelling programmes and content for the Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) to enhance guest engagement and brand experience.

Event & Experience Curation

  1. Conceptualize and execute marquee events, ensuring brand consistency and delivering memorable experiences.
  2. Oversee venue decoration and theming to create immersive, on-brand environments that enhance customer experiences.
  3. Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact activations.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  1. Manage multiple creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  2. Liaise with vendors, production houses, and creative agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of branding and content initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in in-house events management content development, or creative direction (experience in FEC, entertainment, or retail industries preferred).
  2. Strong portfolio or track record of leading creative projects, content development, and event curation.
  3. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  4. Strong eye for design, creativity, and detail with the ability to translate brand strategy into practical execution.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
