Roles and Responsibilities
Brand Development & Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity in all marketing, communications, and operational activities.
Content Creation & Supervision
- Partner with internal/external creative teams and agencies to conceptualize, develop, and deliver engaging content.
- Curate compelling programmes and content for the Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) to enhance guest engagement and brand experience.
Event & Experience Curation
- Conceptualize and execute marquee events, ensuring brand consistency and delivering memorable experiences.
- Oversee venue decoration and theming to create immersive, on-brand environments that enhance customer experiences.
- Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact activations.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Liaise with vendors, production houses, and creative agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of branding and content initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in in-house events management content development, or creative direction (experience in FEC, entertainment, or retail industries preferred).
- Strong portfolio or track record of leading creative projects, content development, and event curation.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong eye for design, creativity, and detail with the ability to translate brand strategy into practical execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
