About the Job

This role supports the coordination and execution of both on-ground and online promotion initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery, accurate tracking, and effective event operations.

This position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Remuneration will be commensurate with skills, competencies and relevant work experience. Indicative salary ranges are provided to guide applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Management

• Provide end-to-end project management support for on-ground programmes and campaigns.
• Conduct site recce, coordinate logistics, and support on-ground implementation during events.
• Assist in publicity and development of marketing materials.
• Act as liaison with vendors, partners, and stakeholders for programme execution.

Programme & System Operations

• Track and update programme information such as attendance, prize fulfilment and submission statuses across platforms.
• Prepare event listings through company systems and track inventory, courier deliveries, and logistics.
• Manage databases and support digital initiatives, including website revamp tracking and content tagging.
• Conduct on-ground surveys and gather feedback from participants.

Requirements

• Able to support occasional weekday evenings or weekend events (time‑off provided).
