About the Role

We are looking for an Art Director to join our creative team. This role works closely with the Creative Director and Creative Tech Lead, focusing primarily on conceptual thinking, ideation, and storytelling, while contributing to the execution of creative work across digital, physical, and experiential formats.

This role sits at the core of the creative thinking within the company. You will help shape ideas, push creative boundaries, and turn briefs into compelling campaign and activation concepts.

Agency experience and exposure to fintech or financial brands are strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities
Concept, Ideation and Storytelling
  • Work directly with the Creative Tech Lead and Creative Director to develop campaign ideas, activation concepts, and creative territories
  • Translate briefs into strong, coherent creative ideas with clear narratives and visual intent
  • Build stories around campaigns and activations, focusing on why an idea works and how it comes to life
  • Contribute actively to ideation sessions, creative explorations, and early-stage concept development
Art Direction and Creative Execution
  • Art direct and execute creative outputs across digital platforms, physical spaces, and on-ground activations
  • Ensure visual ideas are translated clearly and consistently across multiple touchpoints
  • Be hands‑on where required, from layouts and key visuals to concept mock-ups and presentations
  • Maintain high standards of craft, detail, and execution quality
Collaboration and Workflow
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, design and production teams to bring ideas to life
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to align creative ideas with objectives
  • Approach creative problems with structure, logic, and clear methods
Exploration and Creative Growth
  • Stay curious and actively explore new formats, tools, technologies, and creative approaches
  • Bring fresh thinking to the table and challenge ideas to be sharper and more engaging
  • Contribute to raising the overall creative quality and ambition of the team’s output
Requirements
Experience and Background
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant Art Director experience, preferably within a creative or advertising agency
  • Strong experience working on both digital and physical campaigns or activations
  • Exposure to integrated campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Experience with fintech, finance, or technology brands is a strong plus
Creative and Technical Skills
  • Strong foundation in visual design, layout, typography, and storytelling
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute ideas clearly
  • Comfortable presenting and articulating creative ideas and narratives
  • Proficient in industry‑standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
