As we seek to maintain customer-centricity across all our initiatives, we are in search of customer support superstars to fill the role of an Account Protection Support Specialist. This position goes beyond mere ticket resolutions and quick chat responses; it is about consistently delivering exceptional service that wows our global customer base. We are looking for proactive problems solvers who can address issues swiftly and efficiently without relying solely on pre-written scripts.Given our status as a global fintech firm, our operations run 24/7, which may require occasional night and weekend shifts. While compensation is provided for night shifts, we understand that this schedule may not suit everyone, so please consider this aspect before applying.What you'll be doing- Safeguarding customer accounts from fraudulent activities and unauthorized access- Providing updates on Account Takeover (ATO) and app claim statuses to customers via in-app chat- Collaborating with team members across various locations including London, Krakow, Porto, and Lviv to resolve customer concerns- Taking full ownership of issues and internal processes from start to finish- Upholding a culture where fair treatment of customers is a top priority- Assisting other Fraud teams to broaden your expertise in FinCrimeWhat you'll need- Proficiency in English- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Prior experience in financial crime- Ability to multitask and excel under pressure within tight deadlines- Flexibility to work different shifts- Capability to collaborate with compliance teams in a fast-paced global settingRevolut is not just focused on building a global financial super app; our employees are a core focus.
