• Manage backup, DR, and operational documentation.

• Experience with Terraform/Ansible, Kubernetes/Docker, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and IM8 or industry compliance
• More than 5 years in infrastructure/platform operations; degree in IT or related field

Nice to Have

• Azure or infrastructure certifications, ITIL, or DevOps/CI-CD experience
• Experience in government or regulated environments
