Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks three Research Assistants to support research projects with Special Education (SPED) Schools. Location: Buona Vista

Contract Period: From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028 (24 months)

Option to Extend: 1 April 2028 to 31 March 2029

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Thu: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (incl. 1 hr lunch)
  • Fri: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (incl. 1 hr lunch)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted public holidays

WE are currently seeking three Research Assistants to support research projects with Special Education (SPED) Schools. You will be part of a team contributing to meaningful educational research that supports teaching and learning for students with diverse needs.

General Scope of Work

The three personnel will collectively support the following activities, with roles assigned flexibly based on project requirements:

  • Supporting the implementation process of research study on the effectiveness of the SPED Teaching and Learning Syllabuses
  • Recording, analysing and evaluating data relating to the research study and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Providing support for syllabus implementation in SPED schools
  • Conducting literature reviews to support syllabus implementation in SPED schools
Role Assignment and Flexibility

The successful tenderer(s) must provide personnel who are capable of performing the full scope of work outlined above, given that responsibilities may be re‑assigned time to time as project requirements evolve during the project duration.

Qualifications
  • Graduated with a BA (Psychology), BA (Education), BA (Special Education) or equivalent
  • Preferably 3 years or more of work experience in conducting literature reviews and research in psychology, education or special education
