Job summary
A customer service company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a front-end customer service role. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the hotel or resort industry. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, assisting with bookings, and providing excellent service. The position requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front-end customer service experience.
- Experience in the hotel/resort industry will have added advantage.
- Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends/public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiry from customers.
- Assist customers with their booking and reservation.
- Provide good customer service.
- Assist in collecting payments.
- Generate reports at the end of the day.
