Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist in manpower the planning for weekly duty roster
  • Plan modular trainings for new hires and existing staff
  • Monitor any renovation projects for rooms
  • Assist Manager in preparing monthly updates report to the Management
  • Overall in charge in handling resolving issues with customers complaints.
  • Reach out to customers on service promotion.
  • Responding to customer enquiriers.
  • Keeping records interactions,transactions,comments and feedback from customers to improve services.
  • Supervise and manage service staff in serving customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer support.
  • Create welcome team to great customers lead them to their seats.
  • Lead and manage team in achieving KPIs on sales and operational targets
  • Assist Manager in monitoring and ensuring smooth execution of promotions and marketing campaign through strong internal collaboration with Marketing department in order to drive sales revenue
