A leading service management company located in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage fire-fighting service teams. Lead and manage FSR service teams handling fire-fighting and life-saving equipment, including FFE, LSA, and lifeboats
Ensure high-quality servicing, inspections, and compliance with maritime and class requirements
Drive operational efficiency, pricing optimisation, and service profitability
Own or support P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control
Manage team performance, training, and safety standards
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and principals
Minimum3 years’ experience in a similar FSR / fire & safety service management role
Strong background in servicingfire-fighting and life-saving equipment
Proventeam leadershipand people-management skills
Goodcommercial and P&L understanding
