A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Manager to oversee a team and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Minimum 10 years of experience in a freight forwarding/ logistics industry.

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales Support team.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Foster and sustain partnerships with international agents.
- Work closely with senior management for business development.
- Provide suggestions for process enhancements.
Conoscenze
Formazione
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales Support team, overseeing a group of 6–7 employees
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients while collecting relevant market insights
- Liaise with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure all client needs are effectively fulfilled
- Foster and sustain partnerships with international agents
- Work closely with senior management to explore and capitalize on opportunities for business development and market growth
- Provide suggestions for process enhancements and support the execution of improvement initiatives
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a freight forwarding/ logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
