About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and driven Solar Account Manager to join our growing renewable energy team. You will play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and managing solar projects while building long-term relationships with clients and partners in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements
• Prepare financial models to assess project returns and viability
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposal/tender bids and deliver tender presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets for solar PV projects
• Collaborate with the Project Management, O&M team, and EPC contractors to ensure smooth project implementation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C&I customers, SP Services, regulatory and government bodies, and other key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the energy or renewable sector preferred
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and project evaluation
• Self-motivated, assertive, and results-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Fresh graduates in renewable energy or related fields are encouraged to apply
