Coordinator à Singapour

Summary:

• Location: East side
• 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri: 9am - 5:30pm) (Sat: 9am - 1:30pm)
• Basic up to $2700 + OT
• Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation and submission of necessary permits for both air and sea shipments, including accurate Goods and Services Tax (GST) declarations in compliance with customs regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate electronic submissions to Customs Clearance Network (CCN) or relevant authorities, facilitating smooth customs clearance processes.
• Organize and confirm bookings for shipments with carriers or agents, and accurately prepare all associated documents such as Air Waybills for air freight consignments.
• Secure and coordinate warehouse or terminal time slots for cargo lodge-in, ensuring alignment with carrier and port schedules to avoid delays.
• Prepare, verify, and manage essential shipping documents for both import and export via air or sea, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
• Maintain detailed job sheets and process billing based on service provided; support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
