Job description

• $3,000 to $3,700 Basic + Phone Allowance + Variable Bonuses

• Reputable company in Manufacturing

• Monday to Friday

• Working location: Woodlands

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Quotation for spare parts
• Process customer purchase orders & preparation of shipping documents
• Obtaining COO from government agencies
• Point of contact with customers to provide update on their orders, delivery issue etc
• Preparation of regular sales report for management and summarising KPI & trends

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or Customer Service
• Experience with manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts & clients
