The Sales Coordinator cum Planner serves as a key liaison between the sales team, production, and customers. This role is responsible for processing sales orders, developing production plans for steel reinforcement, and ensuring timely delivery of all cut‑and‑bend products. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience within the construction or steel fabrication industry.

Key responsibilities
Sales coordination and administration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing order status updates, and addressing any issues.
  • Receive and process all customer purchase orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate accurate quotations for customers and the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM or database.
  • Prepare and organize sales‑related documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordinate sales meetings as needed.
Production planning and logistics
  • Plan and coordinate the cut‑and‑bend production schedule based on incoming orders, material availability, and delivery deadlines.
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure orders are manufactured and processed according to customer specifications and within the required timeframe.
  • Create and manage delivery schedules, coordinating with the logistics department or third‑party hauliers for the efficient transport of finished goods.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding unforeseen delays or changes to delivery schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials and coordinate with purchasing to ensure uninterrupted production.
Customer service and communication
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, directing feedback to the relevant department.
  • Act as a professional and reliable representative of the company in all customer interactions.
