  • Support sales team with quarterly export plan and monthly statistics.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and order management processes.
  • Coordinate production and shipment of customer sample orders.
  • Prepare relevant documents and assist with receivables.

Perm position
Salary: Up to $3700 (Depending on experience & Qualifications) + $100 transport allowance+ performance bonus
Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm (with 1 day WFH after confirmation)

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the sales team by submitting a quarterly rolling export plan and providing monthly actual export statistics.
  • Provide support to the sales team by submitting a rolling three-month receivables plan aligned with business sales conditions.
  • Provide support to the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships and order management, contract reviews, production scheduling, handling quality complaints, customs declaration and inspection, booking and shipping arrangements.
  • Provide support to the sales team in providing relevant document preparation, reconciliation, collection of payment.
  • Provide support to the sales team in the application for certificates of origin, and processing product tax refunds.
  • Provide support to the sales team in coordinating the production and shipment of new customer sample orders, managing sample orders.
Qualifications
  • Acquired a certain level of knowledge within the international trade.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Possesses more than two years of experience in the preparation of Invoices/documents.
  • Independent and comfortable to work independently
