  • Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator
  • Working Location: Pasir Panjang
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Handphone Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + Corporate Insurance
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations (RFQs), drafting purchase orders (POs), creating sales orders (SOs), and handling invoicing and e-filing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems to streamline communication and sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing of orders.
  • Provide timely administrative support to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to industry practices, tools, and systems for improved performance.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
