Qualifications

  • Must have experience liaising with Designer, Contractor, and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Market and promote range of products to key clientele in the industry.
  • Follow up on key projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets.
  • Identify product improvements or new products based on industry trends.
  • Provide quality technical consultative service to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors.
  • Provide after-sales service, resolve issues timely.
  • Secure projects contributing positively to the company’s revenue and profits.

Role
  • Role: Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior Executive
  • 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Near Bukit Batok MRT, Singapore
  • [ No Comm, Indoor Sales Role ]
  • 14 Days AL + AWS + VB [ Depends on Company's Performance ]

Company is specializing in stone and tile products [ sub-contractor ] to construction project.

Requirements

  1. Ideal candidates must have relevant sales interior designer or sales & marketing coordinator related to building materials.
  2. Must have experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers.

Job Scopes

  1. To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
  2. To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue.
  3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales.
  4. Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects.
  5. Identify product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  7. Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner.
  8. To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits.
  9. Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
  10. Diploma or Degree in business related background are required for this post.
