Job summary
A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is urgently seeking a Technical Writer. The role involves supporting the manufacturing process, converting documents to HTML, and translating content. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience with HTML5 writing. Proficiency in English and basic Traditional Chinese or Japanese is preferred. - Experienced in handling and converting text content in multiple languages (word.doc) into HTML format.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing BluePrint PM SOPs Support.
- Conversion of FE Equipment PM Manual in Word to individual HTML SOPs.
- Handle and convert text content in different languages to HTML format.
- Engineering Change Notification (ECN) support.

Education
The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.
Location: Woodlands
Working Hour: Regular Office Hours
- Manufacturing BluePrint PM SOPs Support.
- Conversion of FE Equipment PM Manual in Word to individual HTML SOPs.
- Handle and convert text content in different language (word.doc) to HTML format.
- Engineering Change Notification (ECN) support.
- Any other BluePrint PM SOPs Support.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Basic HTML5 writing experience.
- Fresh Graduates with learning mind are Welcome.
- Experienced in handling and converting text content in multiple languages (word.doc) into HTML format, including managing translated content.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, and a basic level of written Traditional Chinese/Japanese will be preferred, with strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and handle translated content.
