Job description

Position: International Marketing & Communications Executive
Salary: $3500 - $4200, Senior up to $5000
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm
Office Location: Boon Lay (Based in Singapore, required to travel to other countries frequently)

Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Public Relations
  • Assist in developing and executing brand promotion strategies, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement to enhance brand influence.
  • Assist in writing press releases, promotional content, and brand storytelling materials to align with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor brand reputation and media coverage, responding to any negative publicity as needed.
  • Support the creation of localized marketing content tailored for different international markets.
Distributor & Sales Support
  • Work closely with the sales and business development team to develop marketing materials tailored for distributors and hospital decision-makers.
  • Provide training materials and digital assets to support distributor-led marketing efforts.
  • Develop case studies and physician testimonials to strengthen brand credibility in new markets.
Clinical & KOL Engagement Strategy
  • Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and develop clinical marketing materials for physician awareness.
  • Coordinate with the medical affairs team to create scientific presentations and whitepapers.
  • Assist in developing educational content for physicians and interventional specialists.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan and coordinate overseas conferences, product launch events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Organize event logistics, including venue bookings, decorations, and scheduling, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource utilization.
  • Support event promotion, including guest invitations, distributor engagement, and media partnerships.
  • Coordinate with international trade shows and medical conferences to maximize brand visibility.
Internal Communication & Coordination
  • Facilitate internal communication across departments to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collect, organize, and manage branding materials and marketing assets in a centralized content repository.
  • Support internal training sessions to enhance employees’ understanding of brand messaging and marketing strategies.
Regulatory & Compliance Marketing
  • Ensure that all marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines in different markets.
  • Work with the regulatory and clinical teams to align marketing messages with market-specific compliance requirements.
Other Responsibilities
  • Complete other tasks assigned by senior management as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 2 years above of experience in branding, event planning, public relations, or marketing communications in healthcare industry
  • Experience in B2B marketing and distributor-led sales support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
