Key Responsibilities
1. Change Strategy and Planning
- Assist in preparing change management plans that follow the COE’s strategy for rules, tools, and schools, for different stakeholders.
- Collect data for stakeholder impact assessments, readiness checks, and risk evaluations related to adoption.
- Support the tracking of key success indicators and monitor progress to help measure adoption and value creation.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Maintain and enhance the Workforce Planning community as a key change management channel, including supporting online discussion forums, Q&A sessions, and feedback collection.
- Assist in creating and distributing change management communications.
- Maintain and update the change management stakeholder list.
- Support updating and refining the 1-Pru site based on evolving requirements and direction.
3. Capability Building and Enablement
- Assist in analyzing existing content to help identify areas for revision and improvement.
- Support the development of new content and materials, aligned with business needs and COE objectives.
- Help create and update data-portal input packs and contribute to the definitions glossary.
- Provide support in organizing change management activities such as open forums and monthly sessions.
- Collaborate with the Learning team to help design new WFP curriculum and support the delivery of WFP 101 sessions.
4. Feedback Loop, Continuous Improvement, and Insights
- Help leverage data and feedback to refine change interventions and share best practices.
- Assist in designing and deploying pulse surveys to measure change readiness and sentiment.Support the documentation of lessons learned and help develop reusable change assets for the COE playbook.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience supporting change management initiatives or organizational development projects.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, internal communications, or workforce planning is desirable.
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis for business transformation or adoption projects preferred.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear communications and prepare presentations.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to stakeholder impact, readiness, and risk.
- Proficiency in using collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams) and maintaining web content (such as updating internal sites).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to facilitate or support online forums, Q&A sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions, particularly with Learning and Workforce Planning teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Basic knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
