Job description

We are seeking world-class HR transformation experts, speakers, and facilitators to design and deliver high-impact training and workshops for our global HR community, leaders, and employees. This critical role focuses on the structural changes needed to support the future of work, specifically the integration of AI, the optimization of hybrid models, and the redesign of jobs and organizational structures.

The ideal candidate possesses deep subject matter expertise and proven experience facilitating professional development and organizational change programs within complex, high-growth, or technology organizations.

Key Areas of Expertise (Topics)

The successful candidate must demonstrate mastery in delivering training and insights across the following four core HR transformation pillars for 2025:

1. The AI-Driven Workforce
  • AI Integration and Ethics: Training HR teams on establishing ethical AI governance, mitigating algorithmic bias in talent decisions, and leveraging AI for predictive analytics (e.g., turnover, performance).
  • Upskilling Imperative: Designing and leading workshops on identifying future-ready skills, implementing skills-first talent strategies, and accelerating large-scale reskilling programs.
  • Change Management: Addressing employee concerns regarding job displacement and managing organizational change driven by AI adoption.
2. Organization and Job Redesign (New Section)
  • Future-State Operating Models: Training senior leaders on designing agile and skills-based organizational structures (e.g., fluid teams, internal marketplaces) that optimize for rapid change and AI integration.
  • Job Architecture Redesign: Expertise in deconstructing traditional roles and redesigning jobs to maximize human-AI synergy, focusing on human-centric tasks (creativity, critical thinking, empathy).
  • Workflow Optimization: Facilitating exercises that map and improve end-to-end HR and business workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with the new organizational structure.
3. Optimizing Hybrid & Flexible Work
  • Hybrid Productivity Models: Facilitating sessions on optimizing team performance, communication, and cohesion in flexible and decentralized environments (moving beyond RTO vs. Remote debates).
  • The Great Detachment: Developing strategies for fostering employee engagement, loyalty, and a sense of purpose to counter low connection and quiet quitting risks.
  • New Leadership Skills: Training managers on emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptive leadership, and empathetic communication—the "human skills" essential for leading hybrid and tech-augmented teams.
4. Employee Experience and Strategic Well-being
  • Strategic Well-being: Designing programs that move beyond traditional benefits to integrate mental health support, sustainable workload management, and burnout prevention into daily operations.
  • Total Rewards and Transparency: Educating leaders on the increasing demand for pay transparency, equity analysis, and hyper-personalized total rewards packages tailored to diverse, global workforces.
Responsibilities
  1. Content Development: Design, structure, and curate engaging training content (slides, workbooks, exercises, simulations) for various audiences (HR professionals, senior leaders, people managers, and general employees).
  2. Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver dynamic, interactive, and high-energy virtual and in-person workshops, keynote speeches, and learning series.
  3. Audience Adaptation: Tailor delivery style and content depth to meet the specific needs of a highly technical, diverse, and globally distributed employee base.
  4. Measurement & Feedback: Collaborate with the L&D team to gather feedback and refine program content based on post-session impact metrics.
Qualifications Required
  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience as a professional speaker, facilitator, or internal consultant leading large-scale organizational design or HR transformation initiatives.
  • Proven, current expertise (2024/2025 focus) in at least two of the four core areas: AI in HR, Advanced Hybrid Work Management, Strategic Employee Experience, and Organizational Design/Job Architecture.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into actionable, high-impact lessons for senior audiences.
