Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Corporate WSH Executive to oversee workplace safety and health practices. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, healthy work environment, following regulatory standards. Responsibilities include project safety planning, WSH statistics management, developing annual work plans, and promoting health and safety initiatives across the organization. Candidates should have a relevant Diploma/Degree and ideally 1 year's experience in the construction industry, along with strong knowledge of WSH regulations and excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry or similar.
  • Able to work under tight schedules with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety in all projects from commencement to completion.
  • Tabulate and report monthly WSH statistics from all business units.
  • Develop an annual WSH work plan based on performance.
  • Review and improve Safe Work Procedures for compliance.
  • Assist in organising and conducting the Annual WSH Workshop.

Skills

Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act
Proficiency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently

Education

Relevant Diploma/Degree in Environment, Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
