• Proficient in handling invoices, accounts reconciliation, GST filing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR invoices and ensure timely posting.
• Conduct monthly account closing procedures and GST filing.
• Handle audit and income tax filing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. AR invoices and posting
2. AR ageing report
3. Full set accounting
4. Handle payment request (including staff claim, credit card, etc) as per company policy and SOP and within due date
5. Fixed Asset Register and depreciation
6. Handle Journal entries and adjustments
7. Handle Intercompany reconciliation
8. Monthly account closing procedures
9. GST filing
10. Bank reconciliation
11. Handle tax matters
12. Handle audit
13. Handle income tax filing
14. Quarterly and yearly FS
15. Financial report and management reporting
16. Revenue & Costing by product, by customer, by country, etc
17. Cash flow management
18. Budget and forecast
19. Loan & interest schedule / reconciliation
20. Handled other entities’ account with teammates
21. Other task/entities assigned by company
22. Good at excel formulas
23. Good at interpersonal skills
24. Experience with Xero and SAP preferred
