Job Scope:

Warehouse Officer/Admin

Oversee daily export operations to ensure all customer requirements and shipment timelines are met.

Coordinate with Customer Service teams and third-party vendors for import/export arrangements, including any required special handling.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained.

Identify and support improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Work collaboratively with team members and customers to ensure smooth completion of daily tasks.

Ensure all warehouse staff follow company safety, security, and quality procedures.

Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for day-to-day import/export activities.

Manage third-party transport providers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.

Prepare export documents such as labels, invoices, packing lists, and work files provided by customers for warehouse labeling purposes.

Handle execution of Air Waybills (AWB), including House Air Waybills (HAWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) for outbound shipments.

Ensure all export documentation is complete and compliant with airline and customs requirements.

Coordinate with appointed contractors for the launching-in and handover of daily export cargo and documents.

Monitor daily shipment status through airline websites and provide updates to the Nippon overseas office.

Prepare and update daily reports for shipment status and documentation tracking.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry.

Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations.

Willing to work shift

Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
