Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of training manager experience in Corporate Training.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
• Proven track record in leading successful training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations, marketing, and sales activities of the Training Centre.
• Manage accreditation for Learning Service Provider and ensure compliance.
• Lead design and development of industry-relevant training programmes.
• Ensure high-quality instruction and learner engagement in training delivery.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trainers and coordinators.
