Job description

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Workplace Safety, Health, and Environmental (WSHE) policies across all sites and subsidiaries.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate and deliver safety briefings, inductions, training sessions, and emergency evacuation drills.

• Maintain and update HSSE documentation, including RA, MS, SWP, FPP, and Safe Work Procedures.

• Prepare and submit monthly HSSE reports, statistics, and audit documentation.

• Ensure readiness for safety audits and re-certifications through proper documentation and follow-ups.

• Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee.

• Promote a strong safety culture through internal campaigns, alerts, and communication initiatives.

• Support ongoing improvements to the company’s safety management system and risk management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) or its equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar WSH role.

• Attained WSQ WSH Management in Consruction Certificate.

• Attained WSQ Supervise Safe Lifting Operations Certificate.

• A proactive team player with a positive work attitude.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
