The Workplace Experience Lead will play a key role in bringing the NCS culture to life within our physical spaces, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. This role is responsible for managing workplace-related services across the NCS Hub and offices regionally, ensuring the NCS experience is embedded in the workplace through innovative initiatives that reflect the company's brand and culture. As part of the People & Culture team, the incumbent will develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with the company's objectives while overseeing office operations, events, food and beverage services, workplace-related projects, communications, and stakeholder relationships.

In addition to ensuring excellent service delivery for our people, the role will focus on continuous process improvements, strong governance, and internal controls. The Lead will contribute to transforming the workplace by optimizing corporate costs related to people events, ensuring spaces promote collaboration and are cost-effective. By implementing strategic initiatives, this role will help attract and retain talent, drive productivity, and enhance the employee experience within the NCS Hub. The Lead will also collaborate with business leaders to ensure physical workspaces align with NCS’s broader digital transformation and organizational priorities.

Job Description

Workplace Strategy and Planning: Implement policies and procedures to ensure the workplace meets NCS standards and optimizes space utilization. Introduce solutions to improve productivity and support global growth. Collaborate with external consultants and IT partners to ensure workplace systems are up-to-date and meet business needs. Work with departments like Property, IT, People & Culture, and Marketing to create a cohesive workplace experience across the organization and support regional offices.

Building and Facilities Management: Lead full-cycle projects such as office renovations, moves, and return-to-office processes. Oversee project governance, tracking, reporting, and execution to meet deadlines and standards. Manage site activities including maintenance, landlord liaison, supplies procurement, food operations, space planning, and sustainability programs. Promote sustainable practices in building design, energy use, resource management, and waste reduction. Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and service level agreements.

Workplace Experience: Enhance the holistic workplace experience by infusing a strong hospitality focus, including managing arrival experiences, food and beverage offerings, health and safety standards, and space planning. Foster office culture and morale through engaging events and social spaces. Drive internal communications to ensure clarity and professionalism across platforms.

Administrative Support: Ensure business units are equipped with necessary resources and administrative support. Design efficient office management processes and oversee staffing to meet operational needs with high service standards.

Corporate Cost Management: Manage and optimize investments and savings related to office services, focusing on cost control and expense tracking. Collaborate with Finance to allocate costs appropriately. Manage spending on events, vendor partnerships, and procurement to ensure value and adherence to budgets.
