COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a fast-growing wholesale digital bank in Singapore is expanding its Digital Asset Business Unit to serve crypto-native companies across Japan and Korea. They are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager / Team Leader to lead this new team and drive deposit growth from high-potential Web3 firms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts in the Digital Assets space.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening, deposits, and fund transfers.
• Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with internal credit and regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough AML/KYC/CDD risk assessments and maintain high compliance standards.
• Prepare credit proposals and recommend appropriate risk mitigants for loan applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and contribute to product innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Korean or Japanese to communicate with native clients.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or companies specializing in blockchain, digital payments, or digital assets.
• Strong network and understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with FX, spreads, and SWIFT systems is a plus.
