Responsibilities

• Drive the development and growth of the Wealth Banking portfolio.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational effectiveness across the team.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the team.
• Ensure the team adheres to the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the FAA (Financial Advisers Act) and related regulations.
• Monitor and enforce AML/KYC standards within the team.
