Job Title: Water Technician (ID1582)

Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Singapore and JB Bukit Indah

Working Hours: 4-3-3-4 days, 12-hour shifts (Day or Night)

Salary: Up to $3000

Job Description

1. Perform daily maintenance of SCADA systems for UPW, WWTP & PCW systems.
2. Conduct daily water analysis for UPW, WWTP & PCW systems.
3. Perform daily checks and inspections of equipment and systems.
4. Replenish operational consumables daily.
5. Conduct scheduled and routine equipment maintenance.
6. Submit monthly samples for legal compliance.
7. Plan, execute, control, and close projects.
8. Install projects, modify machines, and improve productivity.
9. Provide operational training and maintenance guidance to new team members.
10. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to supervisors on time.
11. Ensure compliance with ISO operating procedures and safe practices.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Systems Include

Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), Waste Water Treatment (WWT), Sewerage (SEW), Domestic/NEWater (WSS), Process Cooling Water (PCW), and Process Waste Water (PWW) systems.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC/ITC/NiTEC/HNiTEC qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronics, with or without relevant experience.
• Experience with SCADA systems, plant maintenance, ISO/RBA audits, NEA/PUB audits is advantageous.
• Computer literacy, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in teams.
• Laboratory testing experience.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
