A logistics and warehouse management company in Singapore seeks a candidate to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage logistics teams. Responsibilities include ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials, leading team efforts, and maintaining vehicle fleets. Ideal candidates will have experience in man-management and excellent organizational skills, alongside proficiency in English.
Job Description & Requirements
The following are the roles and responsibilities expected of the applicants applying for the position:
- To ensure the day to day operations of the integrated warehouse/factory
- To ensure the proper storage of materials that are stored in the warehouse
- To ensure the updating of the materials into the company system regularly and according to management requirements
- To lead the store team and logistic team of the company
- To ensure the proper documentation in receiving and issuing of materials from suppliers/fabricators
- Arrangements of daily logistic operations in order to meet the operational needs of the company
- The maintenance of the vehicle fleets in the company
- Any other duties that are related to the warehousing, maintenance and logistical needs of the company.
The applicant should possess the following skills:
- Have experience in man-management
- To be highly organised
- To be able to converse and effectively write in English in order to fulfil the needs of the responsibilities of the position
