Job description

Job Highlight:

• Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM
• Up to $5K + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, and provide coaching and guidance to the warehouse team.
• Track, analyze and report operational KPIs; identify gaps and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets.
• Optimize warehouse space utilisation, plan manpower deployment and equipment usage in alignment with volume forecasts and operational requirements.
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately processed, documented and updated in the system in compliance with established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, investigations and proper storage controls.
• Manage warehouse consumables, coordinate equipment maintenance schedules and ensure material handling equipment is operational and ready for use.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain high housekeeping standards in line with 5S practices.
• Review, update and implement SOPs while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, workflow efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and at least 3 years experience in supervisory and leadership.
• Strong knowledge in ERP/WMS system.
• Detail-oriented and problem‑solving ability.
