Duties:

Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.)

• Inform customers of any cargo damaged / unstuffing / stuffing photos upon operation completion
• Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers
• Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound and its space management
• Plan and distribute manpower/ resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule
• Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings
• Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery and collection drivers
• Chair & follow up on monthly meeting with customers
• Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing
• Lead team to rectify weekly safety findings

Requirements

• NITEC in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline
• Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment
• Experience in supervising a group of subordinates
• Possess a heavy forklift licence is an advantage
