Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations across warehouse operations
• Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team
• Manage staff matters, including discipline and performance issues
• Issue warning letters when required
• Review and approve or reject staff leave applications

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or other related warehouse applications
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• Effective manpower and resource management skills
• Willing to work under Afternoon/Night Shift is advantage

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Certificate or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more staff
