Job description

Work Location: Serangoon North

Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description

• Receiving of goods from senders
• Picking, packing and labelling of products
• Ensure accuracy in receiving, releasing of goods and data entry
• Ensure the systems / tracker are updated in a timely manner
• Performs monthly cycle counts and yearly stock count
• Knowledge in using MS excel, ERP systems / CRM platforms
• Using email as the main communication tool
• Maintain proper documentation records to upload into SharePoint
• To work closely with sales ops, engineers and project managers to run the operations
• To report any discrepancies and follow up with the teams
• To verify local transportation/courier billing to submit payment application to accountant
• Performs other general warehouse duties when assigned
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by Warehouse Manager
• Able to work independently
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Team player with sense of urgency
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace using the 5S methodology
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects up to 15kgs
• Operating of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Experience in IT warehousing industry is a plus
• Experience working in a Bonded warehouse is a plus
• Experience within an import/export company is a plus
• English and Mandarin fluency (verbal and written) are a plus
