The ideal candidate will lead solution design for regional projects, ensuring competitive pricing and operational feasibility while managing multiple RFQs. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential, along with significant experience in warehousing and logistics. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in warehousing, pricing, logistics solutioning or key account management.
• Experience with freight forwarding and Warehouse Management Systems is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple RFQs/projects.

Job description

This role involvesanalyzing client needs, designing and optimizing efficient warehouse layouts and flow, to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, requiring strong data analysis and project management skills, to collaborate with internal departments from concept to implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Pricing

• Lead warehouse solutioning and pricing support for regional RFQs, including multi-country tenders and cross-border warehousing projects.
• Work with local teams to validate cost assumptions for labour, space, utilities, overheads, etc.
• Ensure pricing competitiveness while maintaining profitability and operational feasibility.

2. Regional Coordination & Governance

• Align closely with country teams to consolidate inputs, validate local costings and harmonize regional proposals.
• Act as the regional point of contact between business development, operations, IT and finance for all warehouse solution matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals in coordination with BD, operations and finance teams.

3. Performance Review & Continuous Improvement

• Review and reconcile actual costs versus proposed models to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse past bids vs actual performance to enhance solution accuracy.

4. Customer Engagement & Support

• Support customer meetings, presentations, and clarification sessions throughout the bid and solutioning process.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in warehousing, pricing, logistics solutioning or key account management.
• Those with freight forwarding and Warehouse Management System experience will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables & costing models).
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple RFQs/ projects.
• Ability to build strong relationship with customers and internal teams.

Working Hour : 8.30am – 5.30am (Mon. – Fri.)
