Are you looking for the next step in your career? We’re searching for a Warehouse and Production Assistant to join our team, onsite in office and warehouse in Changi. You’ll play an integral part of delivering our mission: to deliver the right medicine, to the right patient, at the right time.

This role will see you supporting the warehousing functions in our region, including our secondary packaging unit. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll interact with every part of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for ambient, cold chain and ultra freeze products
  • Complying with HSA local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
  • Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts
  • Support efficient warehousing and distribution activities to ensure that the quality of our medicines is not compromised
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse, ensuring a safe and compliant facility
  • Safeguarding warehouse operations through security procedures and protocols
  • Ensure all necessary checks are carried out and that medicinal products are authorised for sale
  • Support GMP and GDP activities for the team
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional team to ensure effective and efficient work processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Warehousing and Distribution
  • Demonstrated experience working in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Medical Device Industry
  • A thorough working knowledge of GDP and GMP
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office and ERP
  • Have a practical working knowing of handling cold chain, frozen products, controlled/dangerous goods
  • Current forklift licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A motivated and driven team player.
