A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced warehouse manager to oversee operations, improve efficiency, and manage inventory. The candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with at least four years of experience in warehousing or logistics. This role requires familiarity with inventory management systems and the ability to work flexible schedules.
Oversee the warehouse's receiving, storage, sorting, shipping, and inventory management processes, ensuring accurate goods in and out of the warehouse.
Develop and optimize warehouse operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks to reduce discrepancies and shrinkage.
Responsible for warehouse safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with company and Singapore regulations.
Arrange shifts efficiently, provide guidance and training to team members, and enhance overall team performance and execution.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
At least four years of experience in warehousing or logistics, with management experience preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse operational processes and inventory management systems (e.g., WMS/ERP).
Possess strong leadership and organizational skills to lead a team to achieve goals.
Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules.
