Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations supporting Applied Materials’ manufacturing, Semiconductor, Automation, Technologies and service activities. This role ensures efficient inventory control, safe material handling, timely deliveries, and compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, strengthen customers relationships and drive account performance
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and system transactions
  • Oversee handling of high-value, sensitive, and precision equipment/materials
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, EHS policies, and company SOPs
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance targets
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and external vendors
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost control
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare operational and inventory reports
  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and traceability of materials
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience handling high-value, fragile, or controlled materials
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Adaptable to fast‑moving work environment
Preferred Skill & Qualifications:
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision equipment environments
  • Knowledge of EHS, ISO standards, or quality management systems민_health,

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
  • Proficient in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas
