A logistics firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a warehouse role that involves overseeing stock maintenance, managing inventory, and ensuring proper storage practices. Responsibilities include unloading goods, verifying deliveries, conducting monthly stock-taking, and managing returns. Candidates should possess skills in computer data entry, teamwork, and ideally have a class 3 driving license and forklift license. This position offers an essential role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Primary job scope to upkeep stocks & maintain warehouse.
Unloading goods from in-bound container.
Receiving goods & verify packing list with Purchasing Orders (PO).
Carry & transfer goods for storage, arrange & plan for storage placement. Maintain a clean & warehouse environment with proper storage housekeeping.
Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) & recording practices like product recall.
Practice First Effective First Out (FEFO) method to pick goods from Picking List or Delivery Order (DO).
Responsible for tasks such as monthly inventory management, stock-taking, order fulfillment.
Responsible for labeling of stocks.
Responsible on returns from customers.
Assist in annual inventory & authority audits.
Assist on delivery as a secondary responsiblity.
